Rihanna is reportedly planning to make her boyfriend Chris Brown feel special on his 24th birthday, which falls on May 5, by gifting him a $ 1-million custom-made car.

Chris Brown threw a blowout party for Rihanna's 25th birthday Feb. 20 besides presenting her some amazing gifts, which reportedly made her cry.
